I accept clients located in NY and CT who self-pay by credit/debit card, or in-network with the following commercial insurance policies:
- Aetna

- UMR
If you have out-of-network benefits, you can request documentation that may assist you with reimbursement.
Fees per session are:
- Initial Evaluation: $300
- Ongoing individual therapy sessions: $200/40 minutes; $250/55 minutes
- Ongoing family or friendship therapy sessions: $250/50 minutes
- Concierge intensives are available for self-pay individuals and families: fees vary, please inquire if you are interested in custom services.

As your therapist, I am warm and here to hold space for you, so you may thoughtfully and safely process what has been weighing on you. AND I will also be there to hold you accountable, encourage, challenge, and be direct when needed. Together we will always look for your resources and strengths. Through cognitive- behavior work, play, mindfulness, therapeutic narrative, and solution-focused techniques you will gain the skills needed for more balance. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and holistic – we are all unique and require a unique approach to match.
